Whether it’s a brand-new computer, a printer that won’t connect, or WiFi that doesn’t reach the back bedroom, setup is where good intentions go to get frustrating. I install it correctly the first time, and then I sit with you and show you how to actually use it.

This is also the service most people call for after a gift, an upgrade, or moving into a new home — getting everything connected and explained before it becomes a daily annoyance.

• Setting up a new computer and moving files, photos, and settings over from the old one
• Connecting and configuring a new printer, scanner, or external drive

How a setup visit works

1. Understand the goal What you want the device to actually do, in your words — not a features checklist.
2. Install and configure Physical setup, software installation, and account configuration handled start to finish.
3. Transfer what matters Photos, documents, and settings moved over from the old device, safely.
4. Walk through it together A plain-English walkthrough so you're comfortable using it after I leave — not just watching me use it.

Every setup visit ends with you using the device yourself while I'm still there, so any questions come up while I can still answer them.
